Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GetMoreReviews.ca ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. The Service

GetMoreReviews.ca provides automated review request software that sends SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf, with the goal of increasing the number of Google reviews your business receives. We are a white-label service provider based in Calgary, Alberta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and operating a legitimate business to use our Service. By signing up, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from all customers whose contact information you provide to us, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable privacy laws.
• You will only submit contact information for real customers who have had a genuine transaction with your business.
• You will not use our Service to send messages to purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
• You will not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's review policies.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the customer data you provide.

4. Google Review Compliance

Our Service is designed to comply with Google's review policies. We do not offer incentives for reviews, selectively solicit only positive reviews, or engage in any practice prohibited by Google. You agree not to ask us to engage in any non-compliant practices. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until your trial ends.
• Subscription Plans: After your trial, you will be billed monthly at the plan rate you selected. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While many of our clients see significant increases in reviews, we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, or business outcomes. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including customer response rates, your industry, and Google's platform behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with GetMoreReviews.ca is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission. You retain ownership of all customer data you provide to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, GetMoreReviews.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetMoreReviews.ca and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law including CASL.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, misusing our Service, or engaging in any activity harmful to our platform or other users. You may also cancel at any time as described in Section 5.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
